Hi! I'm Noelyn Monteron, an aspiring Virtual Assistant from the Philippines. I am a certified teacher who loves learning new things in the corporate world. I may be quite new in this industry, but I am doing my best to grow even more. Usually, you'll see me start my Monday mornings with a cup of tea while reading informational materials and learning different strategies on how to improve and help your business.

I love Social Media Management. I had a 3-month course training of being a Virtual Assistant under the DigitalJobs program of the Department of Information and Communications Technology, where I learnt on how to execute proper Web Research, Audio and Video Transcription, CRM, Data Entry, Copy Writing, Email Management and Email Marketing.
Providing solutions while helping the operations to keep the commerce flowing is what I intend to do. With everything I do, I make sure that I care about my tasks and hold accountability.
Work Experience
I'm a dedicated Executive Assistant to the CEO. I perform administrative tasks such as writing emails, creating memos and drafting communications. Maintaining comprehensive educational records and creating accurate reports. Provide confidential secretarial and administrative support to the CEO on all aspects of the school's work. Planning meetings by managing schedules and sending reminders. Catering to online enrollees and answering queries in a timely and helpful manner. Performing payroll and other basic accounting needs for online English teachers and other ad hoc tasks.

I'm a manager in my family's small sundry store. Some of my duties are to track the inventories, keep the seasonal and promotional products updated, as well as secure the return of investments and marginal profits.
